William r. baker

William (Billy) Reginald Baker Jr. (age 60) passed away on January 19, 2012. He was born on May 20, 1951 in North Hempstead, NY. He was the son of the late William R. and Rose M. Baker.
He is survived by his sister Patricia Miller and Tim Brown of Pueblo, CO; brother Ronald, and Deborah Baker of Chino Valley, AZ; sister Marianne, and Marc Spaziani of Binghamton, NY; sister Tammy, and Kevin Fisher of Peckville, PA. Billy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Billy resided at the "SOCR House" (State Operated Community Residence), as well as the Broome Developmental Center IRA 220, both in Oxford, NY. At both facilities he was very loved and cared for. We would like to thank Billy's extended SOCR House and Broome Developmental families for their many years of love and care that he received.
Services for Billy will be in the spring. Arrangements are in the care of Behe Funeral Home Inc., 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY.
