Susan L. Aldrich

Susan L. Aldrich, 76, of Oxford, NY. passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Susan was born in Endicott, NY. Daughter of the Late William and Nella Ada (Allen) Getman. She was predeceased by her parents, and by her sisters Margaret Welch and Shirley Dolphin.

Susan is survived by her loving husband Charles Aldrich, their daughter Aimee (Brian) Warner and two grandchildren: Matthew and Daniel Warner. She is also survived by her sister Joyce Harris. Susan also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Susan retired from Verizon (“Ma Bell”) after a lifelong career of 32 years. She had a wonderful sense of humor. Susan and her husband spent their 57 years of marriage loving, laughing, and creating an amazing life together.

Susan’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the wonderful caregivers at the New York State Veterans Home in Oxford.
