Steven N. Westerholm

Steven N. "Crazy" Westerholm, 56, of Norwich, NY, passed away on April 17, 2023, at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY.  He was born on May 3, 1966, in Norwich, NY to Nils and Gun-Britt Westerholm.  Steven was a graduate of Oxford High School.

Steven served in the Air Force, stationed at Torrejon Air Force Base, Spain and was a proud member of the military community. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to his fellow service members and was known for his dedication to his country.

He will be deeply missed by his life partner, Jeane Natoli, his sister Monica (Joe) Kolanda, niece Linnea Kolanda, Jeane’s children Nate and Beth, whom Steven loved.  Steven was preceded in death by his parents, and cherished pets Buca, Sully and Mr. Kitty.

Steven was a steadfast Jets fan. He loved playing baseball, softball, and golf.  He enjoyed listening to his favorite 80’s metal bands.

Steven will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his country, his generous spirit and his love for his family, friends, and the Yankees.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Chenango SPCA.
