Stephen urda

Stephen Urda of Johnson City passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014. He was born on January 1, 1924 in Jermyn, PA a son of the late Adam and Catherine (Skervanik) Urda.
He is survived by his wife and companion of 58 years, Joan; daughter, Nadine and husband Floyd; grandson, Eric and Ashley and 2 great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and walking in the woods. He served in the US Navy in the South Pacific during World War II. He was the manager of the RCA Service Company for over 30 years. He was a quiet, kind, fun loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed very much. His hope was in the resurrection promised in John 5:28 & 29, when he will be reunited with his loved ones.
