Patricia h. williams

Patricia H. Williams of Oxford, formerly of Danbury, CT passed away on August 9, 2014. She was born on January 18, 1929 in Jamaica, NY a daughter of the late Arthur and Hilda (Harding) Herzing. She was married to William C. Williams, who passed away in 1975.
She is survived by her children, Mark and Pam Williams of Eureka, MO and Lynn and Tom Banocy of Norwich; her grandchildren, Nichole, Larisa, Amber, Jason, Jennifer, Alex and Kelsey. Several great grandchildren also survive. She was predeceased by her daughter, Rhea in 2003.
Pat was a registered nurse at Danbury Hospital for many years and started the LPN program. She also worked for the Danbury Board of Education. She was a certified teacher for the deaf. She was active in Danbury with DATHR. She also worked as a teacher at Head Start.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Danbury, CT.
