Jeanne E. Paden

Jeanne E. Paden passed away on April 23, 2023. She was born March 5, 1939, to the late Marjorie and Franklin Crandall. She attended Norwich and Oxford schools and graduated in 1957 from Oxford Academy. On August 29, 1959, she married Clifford E. Borchardt until his passing on June 19, 1994. She married David Paden on April 26, 2001, until his passing on May 29, 2009. She is predeceased by her sister Janet Gates, and her great grandchild Eve.
Jeanne is survived by  her children Anita Flood of Holly Springs, NC, Timothy (Susan) Borchardt of Greene, NY, and Betsy (Doug) Moline of Coats, NC. She is also survived by her grandchildren Adam (Allison) Flood, Jared (Brittany) Flood, Lauren (Robbie) Yeager, David Borchardt, Mary Borchardt, Brandon (Stephany) Tanner, Renee Darweesh (Sierra), and Zachary Tanner. She is also survived by 12 great granddaughters and 2 great grandsons. She is also survived by her brother David (Shirley) Crandall of Oxford, NY, brother in laws Kenneth Ellis, Thomas Paden, Ronald Paden and sister in laws Joanne Borchardt, Katherine Ellis, and Maurine Hoyt. Jeanne is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and her good friend Lois Lawrence.

Jeanne worked at Victory Markets and then at Proctor and Gamble for 26 years until her retirement in 1994. Jeanne loved spending time with friends and family. She also enjoyed going to Lake Ludlow, playing cards, and going to the casino.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc.
