Gary Mohr

Gary Michael Mohr, a brave and loving adventurous soul, passed away suddenly on 

July 7, 2023 at the age of 66 years. Gary is survived by his wife Carol L Mohr.

Gary was born on November 16, 1956 in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. Gary was born to Elbert “Bud” Mohr

and Beatrice Bringham Mohr, both predeceased. Gary was brother to Marcia, predeceased. He is survived by sister Linda Mohr, Brother Randy (Diane) Mohr, and nieces Katelyn and Stacia. Gary had three stepsons and daughters-in-law who he cherished:

Adam W Monroe & Lindy Monroe, grandson Gabriel W Monroe, granddaughter Lillian G Monroe, granddaughter Olivia J Monroe,

Clayton D Monroe & Erin Monroe, granddaughter Ellery S Monroe, granddaughter Charlotte C Monroe, grandson Callum R Monroe, Cole L Monroe & Courtney Monroe, grandson Carter C Monroe grandson Coleton L Monroe.

Gary had a special bond with his grandchildren. Gary’s greatest joy in life was being their “Poppop Goo”.

Gary had too many friends to list and wonderful stories that he loved to share because he treasured every moment with all of them .

In his youth Gary served his country as a MP for the Army Security Agency during the Vietnam war in Thailand. While working for National Forest service he fiercely protected the land that he loved. Gary spent many years being a Forest Fire Observer.
