Daniel F. Mack, 58 of Oxford passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 6, 1961 in Oxford a son of the late Richard and Joyce (Finch) Mack.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra; his children, Jared Mack (Christina), Cassandra Boeltz (Kyle), Samantha Mack (friend Corey Burnett), and Nicole Dill (Jake); grandchildren, Riley Mack, and Clara Dill; his siblings, Debbie Gross, Doug Mack (Chris), Dennis Mack, and David Mack (Lisa); his mother in law, Alta Martin and his brother in law, Douglas Martin.
Dan was a graduate of Oxford Academy and Central School. In his younger years he enjoyed working for Chenango Valley Vault Co. and continued to do so part time after going to work at GE/Unison in 1986. Dan was seen almost daily walking his black lab, Hunter. He had a hard time choosing his favorite leisure time activity, hunting, camping, or motorcycle trips with his wife Sandy and his brother Doug and his wife Chris. Dan was extremely proud of his children and their accomplishments and proudly shared their accomplishments with his friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held in Canal Street Cemetery, Greene, NY on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Curtis Whitman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you take some time to appreciate the outdoors with your family and friends, as this is what Dan valued most in life.
