Bonnie L. Hicks

Bonnie L. Hicks, 72, of Oxford, NY, passed away with her loving family by her side on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Bonnie waws born in Sidney, NY on February 14, 1954, to the late Carl V. and Katherine M. Svenson. Bonnie is survived by her loving companion Matt Davenport of Oxford, NY, her siblings Clayton (Karen) Svenson of Norwich, NY, Gary Svenson of Oxford, NY, and Tim Svenson of Sherburne, NY. Bonnie also leaves behind her nieces Shelly Gouvisis of Colonial Beach, VA and Staci Svenson of Roanoke, VA. Bonnie enjoyed watching soap operas on TV, and talking to her mother Katherine on the phone until her passing in January of 2026. She was a high-spirited woman and will be missed by all the people who knew and loved her. Funeral services officiated by Pastor Richard Howard will begin at 1:00PM, and burial in Riverview Cemetery will follow immediately after.
