Bobbie Jo Bush, 39 of Oxford passed away on July 2, 2020. She was born on June 8, 1981 in Norwich a daughter of Rod and Barb (Ross) Blackman.
She is survived by her children; Alex Beckwith, Zachary Beckwith and Kaydence Bush; her parents, Rod and Barb Blackman; her granddaughter, Briella Tefft; her sister, Nicky and Peter Weeks; stepsister, Brandi Brown and her grandmother, Alice Ross. She is also survived by the father of her children Christopher Bush and Joseph Beckwith. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Bobbie Jo was predeceased by her grandparents, Lynn "Pinkie" Ross, Sr., and Lester and Bonnie Blackman, and Uncle Ronnie Ross.
Bobbie Jo was a loving mother and grandmother with an infectious smile and laugh. She graduated from Oxford Academy and Central School with the Class of 2000. She loved mud bogging and hanging out with her family and friends. She enjoyed her job of caring for the elderly in their homes.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford with Pastor Richard Howard officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Oxford.
Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 PM, when the Blackman family will be in attendance and from 6-8 PM, when the Bush family will be in attendance.
Memorial contributions may be made on the Behe Funeral Home website in honor of Bobbie Jo.
